A 6 meter long barbeque terrace lies on the front part of the property with a door leading into the main living room that resembles a captain’s deck. The interior is decorated in pastel colors and blue and white marine touches to ensure you feel on relaxed!

The terraces are furnished with synthetic turf for added comfort. The terrace outside the main bedroom is the largest one. Sit on the red deck chair, open the umbrella and enjoy that favourite book that you haven’t managed to read while rushing to work in the metro!

Public transport is easily accessible. there are 4 bus stops within 2, 3 and 4 minutes walk from the apartment.

Stroll along seaside promenade, enjoy a swim in the morning and a light lunch in the afternoon before heading to your favourite bathing spot. Take a rental bike and cruise through the narrow streets of Sliema bypassing centuries of history and colonial fingerprints from times gone by.

Smoking is only permitted outside the property and no hot items or naked flames shall be left on the turf. Any damages will be charged per square meter of replaceable turf including workmanship.

No gatherings are allowed and the property must be kept quiet to respect our neighbors.

The place has been beautifully designed to ensure a welcoming stay and we expect you to keep it clean and tidy.

BBQ must be cleaned thoroughly if used otherwise and all hot stones must be left to cool over night in the BBQ. An additional fee of €20 applies if the barbeque is not cleaned before you leave.

There is an inventory with the itemized price list. Any missing or damaged items shall be payable before leaving.

Utilities are included. Electricity allowance is included with each booking. If consumed, extra cards of €10 or €20 may be purchased. Typically this is fully consumed if you leave all 3 air conditions on.

Check in after 23:00 incurs €20 late night check in fee

Check-in after 1:30am incurs €50 fee

Late night disturbance fee: Should we need to call at the apartments between 23:00 and 07:00 for reasons other than check-in and in particular due to negligence of the guest or any other circumstances which responsibility does not fall within our remit, a late night disturbance fee of €75 applies and shall be debited from the damage deposit.
