Everything was great! 5 minutes walk to super sandy beach! The owner was available on whatsapp, provided us with all the information we needed, responded quickly to all questions. The apartment is wonderful! Huge, clean, not hot inside. We only used the air conditioner at night. We were 5 people: 2 adults and 3 children. Lots of space inside! There are many cafes and a Luna supermarket nearby. We had a really great holiday (one week)! Thank you dear Tony!!!❤️

    We observe a non-smoking policy at this apartment.

    The apartment is located in a residential block, it must be kept quiet especially in the evenings. It is ideal for families and friends but is not a party place.

    Please provide a photocopy of your passport on arrival, at least one is required.

    Electricity and water allowance is included in the rent. It is visible on the electricity card meter. If consumed, additional cards of €10 and €20 may be purchased. The allowance is sufficient for general use as you can see from our many reviews.

    Check in after 23:00 incurs a €20 service fee payable in cash on arrival.

    Check-in after 1:30am incurs €50 fee

    Late night disturbance fee: Should we need to call at the apartments between 23:00 and 07:00 for reasons other than check-in and in particular due to negligence of the guest or any other circumstances which responsibility does not fall within our remit, a late night disturbance fee of €75 applies and shall be debited from the damage deposit.

    The apartment is near the largest sandy beach. Please ensure that your clothes and towels are clear of sand as this will make cleaning more difficult and may block the plumbing system very easily.

    + We shall meet you for check in and check out to make sure you had a lovely stay while also ensuring that the property was well taken care of. Any damages shall be paid prior to departure.
